Avon has the opportunity to leverage digital to empower women in a 21st century way. The opportunity has changed from "The Power of Me" to "The Power of WE". We have 3 communities we can connect digitally that are critical to Avon's success: Consumer to Consumer, Avon Rep to Consumer, and Avon Rep to Avon Rep.
